HR Assistant (0-1 Yr Exp)

Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)

Job Description

  • Work on sourcing strategies for each role.
  • Conduct recruitment activities
  • With use of innovative recruiting tools, review and select candidates to move forward from the slate presented by sourcing efforts, determine and instruct next course of action.
  • Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with staff.
  • Handle performance review, training and development and many other HR activities 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Willingness to travel, if required
  • Requires strong computer and Internet research skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
  • Good spoken and written English is a plus
  • Education: BBA . MBA (HR) or MSW preferred.
