Channel Sales (Electronic Safety & Security Systems)

Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 1 – 4 years 

About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager to build and activate a strong security dealer network.

This is a pure execution role focused on monthly billing and monitoring revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard serious security dealers/distributors
  • Conduct joint sales meetings to close opportunities
  • Ensure monitoring services are positioned in every sale
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline & weekly forecast
  • Ensure partners complete product certification training
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth dispatch & activation

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–4 years’ experience in security systems, CCTV, IT hardware, or B2B channel sales
  • Any Graduate (BE/MBA Preferred)
  • Strong revenue mindset and execution discipline
  • Comfortable with targets and accountability
  • Willing to travel across assigned territories
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
