Area Sales Manager (0-1 Yr Exp)

The ideal candidate should be able to build and maintain relations with Partners. He will be responsible for generating revenue in his territory. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis.


  • Managing Area sales by implementing a sales plan that covers sales and revenue
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Coordinating with Territory Sales manager
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Understand our ideal dealers and how they relate to our products
  • Performing all duties of Territory Sales manager in case of absence or emergency

  • Any Graduate (MBA or BE Preferred)
  • Knowledge/Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Knowledge /Experience in customer relationship management
  • Knowledge /Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
