Business Development Representative (BDR) – Fire & Security Systems

Job Description

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing Fire & Security Systems team. As a BDR, you will play a key role in developing our dealer and integrator network, handling marketing-generated leads, and building strong business opportunities for our Sales Managers to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with marketing leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline) and update CRM.
  • Nurture prospects with product info, case studies, and follow-ups.
  • Reach out to dealers, system integrators, and consultants to create new partnerships.
  • Schedule intro/discovery meetings for Sales Managers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Share regular feedback with Marketing on lead quality & campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate, with 0–2 years’ experience in business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles,
  • Male/Female candidates can apply. (No field work, work from office only)
  • Excellent communication in Hindi (regional language is a plus).
  • Familiarity with B2B sales (experience in fire/security/tech products is an advantage).
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and goal-driven personality.
