Partner Digital Marketing Executive
(Fresher with Degree/Diploma/Course in Digital Marketing Strategies)

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support demand generation and partner enablement campaigns for our fire alarm, security, and industrial automation product lines. The role will focus on executing SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, enhance partner engagement, and improve our brand visibility across the Indian B2B market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search & SEO: Manage SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink building, and performance tracking.
  • SEM & Paid Media: Execute Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting campaigns, and A/B testing for creatives/landing pages.
  • Social Media Marketing: Schedule and post content across LinkedIn and industry portals, monitor metrics, and drive engagement.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Build persona-based drip campaigns, segment databases, and track performance.
  • Content Distribution: Collaborate with the Content Lead to promote blogs, case studies, and webinars; repurpose content.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Maintain dashboards, provide weekly reports, and recommend optimizations based on performance data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / Course in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Creative mindset with ability to work with design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite) for basic creatives.
