Job Description

We are looking for a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist who can strategize, visualize, plan, and spearhead digital marketing campaigns — both paid and organic. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and Designer to execute high-performing campaigns and strengthen our digital presence.

This role demands someone who can take ownership, think strategically, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels
  • Lead and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and other digital platforms
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Executive and Designer for campaign execution and creative delivery
  • Plan campaign visuals, messaging, and content direction aligned with brand goals
  • Optimize campaign performance using analytics and data-driven insights
  • Drive SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvements
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing

Experience Requirement

  • 2 – 4 Years Of Proven Experience In Digital Marketing
  • Must Have Hands-On Experience In Managing And Leading Integrated Digital Marketing Campaigns (Paid + Organic)
  • Prior Experience In Coordinating With Creative Or Marketing Teams Is Highly Preferred

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
  • Ability to plan and visualize campaign strategies and creative direction
  • Analytical skills for performance tracking and optimization
  • Excellent communication & coordination abilities
  • Strategic mindset with execution-driven approach
