Management Trainee - Marketing (0-1 Yr Exp)

The ideal candidate should be an out the of the box thinker. You will be coming up with new and innovate marketing ideas to promote the Atigo brand. Planning, leadership, attention to detail and good communication are the most desired skill set you should possess.

Roles

  • Ensure correct and timely reporting
  • Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analysing data)
  • Present updates to senior management
  • Representing the brand at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations through training and learning.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • To take personal ownership for the delivery of agreed objectives set within the department.
  • To proactively identify and assist the Sales and Marketing Manager and other senior managers to obtain real and sustained, continuous improvement, throughout the business and execute same in a timely manner
  • To demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organizational trust.
  • Implement and administer policies, plans, systems and targets.
  • Manage and implement Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Manage and assist in implementing strategic marketing campaigns
  • Travelling independently across India when required

Requirements

  • Should be ready to travel independently anywhere in India
  • MBA Marketing Compulsory
