Management Trainee - Sales (0-1 Yr Exp)

The ideal candidate will be a passionate young individual willing to learn everything about sales management. You will be willing to take on ownership of tasks, and work under the supervision of Sr. Managers. Among the necessary skills for this job include management skills, problem-solving, leadership, communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and organisational awareness.

Roles

  • Ensure correct and timely reporting
  • Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analysing data)
  • Escalate possible issues on time
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with new/existing partners.
  • Representing the brand at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations through training and learning
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • To take personal ownership for the delivery of agreed objectives set within the department.
  • To proactively identify and assist the Sales and Marketing Manager and other senior managers to obtain real and sustained, continuous improvement, throughout the business and execute same in a timely manner
  • To demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organizational trust.
  • Implement and administer policies, plans, systems and targets.
  • Travel independently anywhere in India to meet business partners

Requirements

  • MBA / BE / BTech or higher
